Founded TSUTAYA in 1983 and established Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (CCC) in 1985, launching a planning company. Appointed President and CEO upon its founding.
Appointed President and CEO of CCC in 2008, and Chairman and CEO in 2023.
As of April 2024, serves as Chairman of the Board of CCC (current).

Born in 1973 in Tokyo.
Joined CCC in 1997. After serving as HR leader in the Franchise Business Division, became President of CCC Casting Co., Ltd. in 2006.
Held several key roles including Executive Officer of CCC, Executive Director and Advisor of TSUTAYA Co., Ltd.
In 2021, became President of Catalyst Data Partners Co., Ltd., a company promoting societal innovation through open data, particularly revitalizing the publishing industry through data utilization.
Appointed Vice President and COO of CCC in 2022, President and COO in 2023, and President, CEO, and CHRO in 2024.
As of April 2025, serves as President, CEO, CHRO, and CDE&IO of CCC (current).

Born in 1983 in Osaka Prefecture.
Appointed President and CEO of SO-TWO Inc. in 2016. Serving as Chairman of the Board of the same company since 2021 (current).
Joined CCC in 2011 as an External Auditor, later becoming External Director. In 2021, appointed Senior Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Division.
Serving as Executive Managing Director of CCC since April 2022 (current).

Born in 1970 in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture.
Joined Sumitomo Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1993, gaining experience in corporate finance and sales.
Joined CCC in 1999. As Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning, led various M&A and organizational restructuring initiatives.
After serving as Director of group companies, appointed Director and CFO of CCC, and Director and CFO of CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2023 (current).
Serving as Senior Managing Director and CFO of CCC since April 2025 (current).
