Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) uses external services (“External Services”) in the web services and app services it provides (“the Services”).   1. What is “External Transmission”?
    "External transmission" refers to telecommunications conducted by telecommunications carriers to external users or other businesses using communication lines or transmission equipment, as stipulated under the external transmission rules in the Telecommunications Business Act.
    The purpose of these regulations is to ensure fair competition among telecommunications carriers and to protect the interests of users by appropriately regulating technical and management aspects of such external transmissions.
  2. What are the “External Transmission Rules”?
    Under the Telecommunications Business Act, the External Transmission Rules specify the procedures that telecommunications carriers must follow when transmitting user information externally.
    Specifically, carriers are required to notify or disclose (i.e., make easily accessible) the following information to users:
    ・ The types of user information being transmitted
    ・ The name of the recipient handling the transmitted information
    ・ The purpose of use of the transmitted information
    These rules are designed to ensure that telecommunications carriers respect user privacy and provide appropriate notification or disclosure before transmitting user information externally.
  3. What is Opt-out?
    "Opt-out" refers to the procedure for stopping the transmission of user information or its use by the recipient.In most cases, a dedicated button or link is provided, and clicking it completes the opt-out process.Please note that opt-out preferences are typically stored in your browser, so if you use a different PC, smartphone, or browser, you may need to opt out again.
