Customer Experience

We are developing a B2B model to create a place where people can gather and create excitement through new discoveries and connections, responding to changes in needs and values. Its development is spreading worldwide, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.

SHARE LOUNGE Business

"SHARE LOUNGE" was established in 2019 with the concept of "a place where ideas are born and shared."These cozy, lounge-like spaces are decorated with carefully selected furniture and come equipped with a full range of amenities, including books and magazines that will inspire you, free drinks and nuts, and high-speed Wi-Fi.They can be used as either a cafe or an office, and are available nationwide as spaces that anyone can use however they like. As a community space where people can connect with each other, we also host a variety of workshops and talk events.
In addition to expanding store openings through collaborations with a variety of business types, including bookstores, residences, offices, hotels, public facilities, and banks, the company is also expanding the number of "partner stores" that can be booked through the official SHARE LOUNGE app and used with smart check-in, aiming to realize a new lifestyle by increasing customer convenience.

Social Design Business

In 2013, we were involved in the renovation of Takeo City Library in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture, a city of 50,000 people, and became the first designated manager to be involved in library management. This led us to work on library innovations that meet the diverse learning needs of people living in various regions across the country, bring people together, and enrich their lives. When building every library, we investigate the issues and needs of each region, aiming to create a library that suits the area and is enjoyed by local residents.
Currently, we are not limited to libraries; we are also involved in the operation of community facilities that bring vitality to the town, DMO (Digital Marketing Organization) initiatives, art museums and other art-related facilities, and have expanded our business to include "start-up support" to support locally-originated start-ups and businesses, working with local residents to foster the "diversity" and "potential" of each region.
(*) Abbreviation for Destination Management/Marketing Organization. Measures to revitalize the local economy by enhancing the appeal of tourist destinations through activities such as PR, product development, and marketing, based on knowledge of the tourism resources of a specific region, such as food, nature, history, culture, and customs.

Experience Design Business

This is a new business that aims to provide customer experience value centered on lifestyle.
Leveraging the know-how that the CCC Group has cultivated over many years in creating offline customer experiences, we will help companies, brands, local governments, and others increase engagement with consumers and build continuous communication through content planning, production, event management, and more.
We will create appealing facilities by providing event production, planning and operational support, utilizing stores operated by CCC as well as other commercial facility spaces and roadside stations. Additionally, by utilizing the stores operated by CCC, we handle commercial distribution including sales, and utilize the database marketing associated with sales to propose media promotions that will widely spread the value of your company's products and services, thereby supporting more effective marketing activities.

Overseas Business

Since opening the TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Xinyi store in Taipei, Taiwan in 2017, we have been expanding our TSUTAYA Bookstore and TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE stores, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.
By respecting the identity of each country and developing stores that combine Japanese culture with that of the other country, we aim to build the foundation for cultural development in each country. Additionally, our overseas store network can be used as a touchpoint for Japanese companies overseas.
We have established local subsidiaries in each country, and local staff with a deep understanding of the CCC concept work together with local partner companies to create proposals that combine local culture and originality with the Japanese culture that only we can offer. We act as a bridge between Japanese and global culture, delivering high-quality content through our stores.

Franchise Business

TSUTAYA, the starting point for CCC, was founded in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture in 1983 as a store where you could easily enjoy culture, with movies, music, and books all in one place. Since then, we have expanded our stores nationwide with local affiliated companies. TSUTAYA has provided an essential "cultural infrastructure" for people's lives, and is now transforming into a "new-generation experiential bookstore that fosters interaction in the local community."
With the bookstore at its core, we are working with local residents to create a store that they will want to visit, by holding community events where they can easily gather. Furthermore, we aim to contribute to the "better lives" of local residents by combining a variety of services, including stationery and miscellaneous goods, trading cards, the SHARE LOUNGE, and TSUTAYA Conditioning, to meet the needs of each region and making the bookstore-centered space sustainable.
