Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that it has decided on the executive appointments for CCC and its major subsidiaries effective April 1, 2025. This matter will be formally decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 31 and the Board of Directors meeting scheduled to be held afterwards.
CCC is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. In 1983, TSUTAYA BOOKS opened in Hirakata, Osaka as an "information hub for new lifestyles," and in 1985 took its first steps as Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. For the past 40 years, we have kept up with the changing times and continued to take on new challenges as a "planning company that proposes new lifestyles."Based on the four intellectual capital we have cultivated to date - people, customers, trust, and databases - and under our new executive structure, we will continue to create new value for society.
