(Head office: Koto Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") have announced that they will be launching the official Iris Ohyama online shopping site "Iris Plaza (https://www.irisplaza.co.jp/") will launch a service that allows users to accumulate and use V POINT.
"Iris Plaza" is the official online shopping site of Iris Ohyama, which operates under the concept of "always by your side."We offer a wide range of products closely related to daily life, with approximately 100,000 items*1 across 30 categories, including home appliances, food, daily necessities, and pet supplies. In September 2025, the number of registered Iris Plaza members exceeded 5 million, and the service has been supported by many customers.
In order to further improve the services of "Iris Plaza", we are now launching a service that allows you to earn and use V POINT.
Customers at Iris Plaza can earn 1 V POINT for every 200 yen (tax included) spent by completing the V POINT redemption procedure when purchasing a product. Furthermore, if you pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card*2, you will also earn V POINT as payment points. Customers will continue to earn the traditional "Iris Plaza Points" as before, meaning they can earn two types of points with each purchase, allowing them to enjoy even better value when shopping.
Accumulated V POINT can be used at Iris Plaza, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, as well as at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide*3.
