Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), together with Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura), opened the first SHARE LOUNGE Forest Square Sengawa in Chofu City on Wednesday, January 21st, at Forest Square Sengawa, a new facility that opened in Sengawa (Chofu City, Tokyo) in December 2025.

Forest Square Sengawa is a place where people can live together as they are called "Co-Living."This is a new commercial facility in Sengawa that is based on the concept of "a place filled with greenery and light, and is home to a variety of shops, mainly restaurants and retail stores."The first of its kind in Chofu City, SHARE LOUNGE Forest Square Sengawa features a calm and comfortable green design that harmonizes with the lush greenery of the entire facility. The plants used in the store are also available for purchase, allowing you to take the comfort of the space home with you.
The store is surrounded by a wide selection of approximately 900 books, including business and lifestyle-related books, books by authors and famous people with ties to Sengawa, and local guides.The store offers a total of 108 seats, with a variety of seating options, from sofa seats where families and groups can relax, to semi-private rooms where you can use as workspaces or study spaces to spend concentrated time. We offer a comfortable space where everyone in the Sengawa area can spend their time freely and in their own way.
