Career Independence Support Program

Subsidies are provided to support those who actively and continuously work to build their own careers and learn.

C Challenge (Internal Recruitment System)

C Challenge is an internal recruitment system that allows employees to make independent career choices.
Recruitment information from each department is posted within the company, and employees are free to apply. If they pass the selection process, they will be transferred and be able to take on new work challenges.

We have introduced a tool called the Career Sheet, which helps employees take stock of their careers and reflect on them.

MVP award system

We value the culture of praising the challenges and efforts of our colleagues, and hold the "CCC MVP" event every six months.
The awards recognize particularly outstanding initiatives and actions based on the three perspectives of "Voluntary," "Variety," and "Vitality."

1on1 system

We hold regular one-on-one meetings to encourage each individual's growth and challenges.

Regular health checkups and stress checks are conducted once a year. Those who wish can also consult with an industrial physician regarding their health condition.
