The CCC Group has established and utilizes a helpline system where employees can report or consult when they become aware of actions that violate (or may violate) laws or internal regulations.
We strictly prohibit any retaliation or disadvantageous treatment against employees who report or consult with their supervisors or through the helpline.

We have established a Compliance Promotion Committee that spans across all CCC businesses and group companies.
Roles of the Committee:

- Collection and Sharing of Information Related to Compliance
- Guidance and Support for Case Consultations
Implementation of the Compliance Program
Each fiscal year, we develop a Compliance Program that includes the establishment and enhancement of the compliance framework and regulations, dissemination and awareness activities, execution of training, and monitoring of the situation.

Establishment of Internal Reporting Hotline
We have set up a reporting hotline for cases where individuals observe, hear about, or receive instructions/orders related to the following:
- Actions considered contrary to customer value
- Actions considered in violation of the Code of Conduct or company regulations
- Acts believed to be illegal

CCC Group and Business Partners
- Regular employees, dispatched employees, contract employees, temporary staff, part-time workers (including those who left the company within the past year)
- Officers (only during their term of office)
